Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with product images or videos as proof.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
